Notification for "Regular Rehearsal" Applications – 2nd Semester, Academic Year 114

1.Applications for Fixed Rehearsal Slots for the 2nd semester of Academic Year 114 will be accepted from Monday, November 10 to Friday, November 21, before 5:00 p.m. Please read this notice carefully along with the “NTU Student Activity Center Fixed Rehearsal Venue Regulations.”

2.
In principle, rehearsal times approved in the 1st semester of Academic Year 114 will remain the same. However, all clubs that have been previously approved must resubmit an application form for confirmation; otherwise, it will be regarded as forfeiting the fixed rehearsal slot.

3.Clubs applying for a new fixed rehearsal slot (music, dance, or martial arts clubs) must submit a Fixed Rehearsal Proposal along with the application form, explaining the necessity of using a fixed rehearsal venue. Applications without such a proposal will not be accepted.

4.To support paperless administration, the “Fixed Rehearsal Application Form” can be downloaded from the Activity Center website. Applications must be submitted via email, either as an image file or an editable electronic document.
***Email subject line: “○○ Club — Application for Fixed Rehearsal (114-2 Semester)”
*** Send to: Ms. Fang Chiung-Ju, email: fangchiungju@ntu.edu.tw
***Late submissions will not be accepted.
Preliminary results are expected to be announced by Wednesday, November 26.
In case of schedule conflicts, clubs are encouraged to coordinate among themselves and prepare alternative options. The final results will be determined in the Fixed Rehearsal Coordination Meeting.

5.The Fixed Rehearsal Coordination Meeting will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, in Room 605, 2nd Student Activity Center.
All applying clubs must send a representative with the club seal, regardless of whether any time conflict exists.
Clubs unable to attend must submit a written explanation. Those absent without notice will be considered to have forfeited their application.
If space allows, clubs may apply for a second rehearsal time slot after the meeting (details to be announced during the session).

6.If there are no venue disputes, the final results will be announced by Wednesday, December 10.
Clubs should double-check their assigned venues and report any errors to the 1st or 2nd Activity Center offices by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12.

7.After the results of the fixed rehearsal schedule applications are announced, each club should apply for “General Activities” through the Extracurricular Activities Section. The Student Activity Center Management Division will confirm venue usage with each club via email by Friday, January 2, 2026, and remove unused sessions (e.g., during midterm or final exams). Please complete the above procedures within the specified deadline to avoid affecting other clubs’ right to reserve venues.

8.Clubs that fail to complete the above procedures by the deadline will have their fixed rehearsal slots canceled automatically, and the venues will be made available for online booking by other clubs. No objections will be accepted afterward.

9.Starting from the 2nd semester of Academic Year 104, any club that fails to complete activity or venue approval procedures for two consecutive semesters will be ineligible to apply for fixed rehearsals in the following semester.
