Venue Online Booking Opens on MAY 15 (Fri) at 10:00 AM!!!!
1.Venue reservations will open online at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 15. Please remember to log in and submit your booking request.
Available booking period for the First Activity Center and Second Activity Center : June 15 –September 6.
2.To better meet student club venue needs, a pilot program will extend facility hours to 10:00 PM for two weeks before and after the summer vacation:
(1)During the first two weeks after the start of summer vacation (June 15–June 28, 2026) and the two weeks before the start of the semester (August 24–September 6, 2026), opening hours will be from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
(2)During the remaining period (June 29–August 23, 2026), opening hours will remain Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
3.Important Reminders:
(1) The new “Activity Center Venue Rental System” (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/venuerental/) has been launched as of October 22, 2025. For detailed instructions, please refer to: https://reurl.cc/RkZZQr.
(2) Venue applications must be submitted under an approved activity. All clubs are required to complete the activity application and approval process in the “Club Activity Information System” (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/clubactivities) before the venue booking opens.
4.Before booking a venue, please make sure that your club has completed the basic information registration and that your club’s privileges have not been suspended; otherwise, you may be unable to reserve venues.
5.During the summer vacation, classrooms in Xinsheng Lecture Building and Boya Lecture Building are not available for reservation through the Activity Center Venue Rental System. If needed, please contact the Curriculum Division, Office of Academic Affairs directly.
6.When registering venues online, club members must comply with the “The National Taiwan University (NTU) Campus Network Usage Regulations” and the “National Taiwan University Guidelines for Handling Violations of Campus Network Usage,” in order to help maintain the proper operation of the campus network.
