Adjustment to Procedures for Temporary Use of Student Activity Center Venues by Student Clubs and Faculty/Staff/Students

The new procedures will take effect starting September 1.
1. Venues available for temporary use
First Student Activity Center venues: for temporary use by student clubs only.
Second Student Activity Center venues (Rooms 301, 403, 404, 502, 503, 505, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 701, 702, 703, 704, 705): for temporary use by student clubs only.
Second Student Activity Center venues (Rooms 504, 606, 706, 1002, 1012): for temporary use by student clubs or individuals.
2. Temporary use by student clubs
Borrowers must present a valid NTU ID (student ID or faculty/staff ID) and the club seal for processing.

3. Temporary use by individuals
Registration must be made online by one designated person, who must provide the full names and information of all users.
All users must be present and present valid NTU identification at the time of processing.
In case of any violation, penalty points will be recorded for all users of the venue.
If the total reaches 3 points in one semester, no further temporary venue use will be permitted for the remainder of that semester.
