Recruitment for Graduation Blessing Video for the Academic Year 113

1. Purpose Graduation is an important milestone and a new beginning in life. To give graduates lasting memories, the Student Activity Center Management Group is organizing a video recruitment campaign themed "Blessings from Current Students." This campaign invites student groups to submit performance videos to extend heartfelt blessings from current students to graduating seniors.
2. Rewards (1)The event aims to select 10 videos. Chosen videos will be played during the graduation ceremony, specifically as graduates enter the venue. Based on the video quality and content, prizes will be awarded: two outstanding videos will each receive NT$2,500, and eight honorable mentions will each receive NT$2,000.
(2)Results will be announced via email by the end of April 2025, with prize distribution occurring at the end of May.
3. Submission Deadline
Please upload the video to Google Drive by 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, and email the download link along with the "Copyright Transfer Agreement" to the organizer (Fang Chiung-Ju at Fangchiungju@ntu.edu.tw). The email should include the full name of the organization, the name of the event coordinator, and a contact phone number.

4. Video Requirements
(1) Submissions should be made by student clubs or departments.
(2) Video format: MP4, MOV, AVI, etc., with a resolution of 1920x1080 (1080P or higher).
(3) Video length: approximately 3 minutes.
(4) Subtitles: If the video contains lyrics or voiceovers, please provide a separate subtitle file (SRT file) instead of embedding it directly in the video.
(5) To maintain thematic consistency and quality for the graduation ceremony, NTU reserves the right to accept or reject videos. If selected, the original creator must agree to transfer copyright and submit a copyright transfer agreement (see attached), granting NTU the rights to reproduce and publicly display the video.
(6) All materials, music, and likenesses in the video must have proper permissions for use if they involve copyrights or image rights.
(7) The video content should convey a message of "blessing." Please avoid submitting previously selected graduation ceremony videos. If the video is edited from previous club or department event footage, only footage from events within the last three years is permitted, and it must include a section conveying best wishes to all graduates.
