Mental and Physical Well-Being Program — Welcome to Join Us!
Dear Students and Colleagues,
The Student Activity Center, Health Center, and Campus Safety Center under the Office of Student Affairs are jointly presenting the “Physical and Mental Well-Being Program.” The program features six themed sessions centered on the shared framework of “Physical Health Promotion × Psychological Resilience × Life Safety Protection,” aiming to support students’ overall well-being.
The program offers exercise classes and physical fitness training that encourage regular physical activity and the development of healthy habits, helping students relieve stress and build strength. Self-defense courses combine body coordination with situational awareness to enhance self-protection skills and foster a greater sense of personal security. The anti-fraud and anti-bullying sessions use case studies and risk-identification training to promote critical thinking and awareness of when and how to seek help. In addition, hands-on workshops provide opportunities for relaxation and emotional balance.
Overall, the program extends from external behavioral training to internal psychological stability, assisting students in building a comprehensive physical and mental wellness support system. All students are warmly encouraged to register.
