Venue Online Booking Opens on March 13 (Fri) at 10:00 AM!!!!
1.Venue reservations will open online at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 13. Please remember to log in and submit your booking request.
Available booking period for the First Activity Center, Second Activity Center, Xinsheng Lecture Building, and Boya Lecture Building:April 13 – June 14.
2.Important Reminders:
(1) The new “Activity Center Venue Rental System” (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/venuerental/) has been launched as of October 22, 2025. For detailed instructions, please refer to: https://reurl.cc/RkZZQr.
(2) Venue applications must be submitted under an approved activity number.All clubs are required to complete the activity application and approval process in the “Club Activity Information System” (https://my.ntu.edu.tw/clubactivities) before the venue booking opens.
3.Before booking a venue, please make sure that your club has completed the 114–2 semester basic information registration and that your club’s privileges have not been suspended; otherwise, you may be unable to reserve venues.
