Venue reservations will open at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2025 (Fri.). Please remember to go online to make your reservations.
First Activity Centers and Second Activity Centers: Available from October 20, 2025 (start of midterm exams) to February 22, 2026 (the day before the spring semester begins).
Xin Sheng Lecture Building, Boya Lecture Building, Xiao Fu Square, and Lu Ming Square venues: Available from October 20, 2025 (start of midterm exams) to December 21, 2025 (the day before winter break).
Before reserving a venue, please make sure your club has completed the 114-1 Club Information Registration and confirm that your club’s privileges have not been suspended. Otherwise, you may not be able to make a reservation.
Classrooms in Boya Lecture Building are designated primarily for static activities to avoid disturbing ongoing classes on other floors.
A reminder regarding the reservation of Yi-Ren Hall (Main Auditorium of the First Activity Center):Clubs must not use another club’s name to reserve the venue. If it is later found that the actual event does not match the registered club, both clubs will lose their rights to participate in the next coordination meeting.
