情境1  平日使用情境圖
未專案借用之平日開放本校教職員工生自由進入，有沙發區、開放座位區（有8張方桌）、吧檯區和休憩區提供使用。
It is open for free use by NTU school faculty, staff, and students when not reserved for specific projects on regular weekdays, including sofa area, open seating, bar area and relaxation area.







 

情境2  佈展模式

• 展示走廊共提供輕隔屏8面（尺寸：寬110公分，高240公分）與軌道燈，一面為黑板面材質（可磁吸），另一面為油漆面材質有掛軌（可使用掛畫鋼索）。
• 走廊可另加加裝軌道燈（有燈光軌道）。
• 展示走廊後段有展示書架兩層，可放置宣導品。另有兩面背板收納櫃可放置展品。
• 申請佈展專案活動許可後，佈展前應與本組確認欲借用之展版、物品和場地企劃。
• The exhibition corridor provides a total of 8 lightweight partition(Width 110 centimeters, Height 240 centimeters) and  track light. One side is made of chalkboard material (magnetic), while the other side is made of painted material (with picture hanging steel cables).
• The corridor can be additionally equipped with track lights.
• At the rear of the exhibition corridor, there are two levels of display shelves where promotional materials can be placed. Additionally, there are two-sided storage cabinets with back panels for exhibiting items.
• After obtaining permission for the exhibition project activity, you should confirm with our team the exhibition panels, items, and venue plan you intend to borrow before setting up the exhibition.

 

情境3 演講活動 
下圖為示意圖，可提供40張淺駝色靠背椅，另可額外借用紅色塑膠凳。
靠窗的沙發區有4張可挪動的長沙發，一張沙發可坐3-4人。
The diagram below is an illustrative representation. We can provide 40 chairs with backs, and additional red plastic stools are available for borrowing. By the windows, there are four movable long sofas, each accommodating 3-4 people.




 

情境4  舞台表演活動

情境５　小會議室（禁止飲食）

• 平日不開放使用，僅限專案借用。
• 含65吋顯示器，電腦設備需自備。
• 會議桌固定無法挪動。
• 輕玻璃隔屏可隔間，亦可收起成開放空間狀態（若要挪動需事先申請，勿自行挪動，若因此造成之毀損將負擔賠償責任）。
• The space is not available for regular use and is only open for project borrowing.
• It includes a 65-inch display, and users are required to bring their own computer equipment.
• The conference table is fixed and cannot be moved.
• The lightweight glass partition can be used to separate areas or folded to create an open space (prior approval is necessary for any movement, and users are not allowed to move it independently. Any damage caused by unauthorized movement will result in compensation liability).
