Registration for Continued Use of Club Offices, Lockers, and Storage Rooms for the 2025 Academic Year

1.From June 2, 2025 (Monday) to July 1, 2025 (Tuesday), applications for continued use of club offices, lockers, and storage rooms for the 2025 academic year will be accepted. Clubs that were allocated these spaces in the 2024 academic year and wish to continue using them must submit the renewal application form via email by 5:00 PM on July 1 (Tuesday).
2. According to Article 6 of the “NTU Student Activity Center Club Office Management Regulations,” clubs that have already been allocated office space must complete club registration and not be suspended before applying for continued use. Please ensure that your club completes registration for the 2025 Fall Semester with the Student Activity Division within the application period.

In support of a paperless process, applications should be submitted via email (scanned image or editable digital format is acceptable). After completing the form, please use the following subject line for your email:
“[Your Club Name] Application for Continued Use of Club Office, Locker, and Storage Room for the 2025 Academic Year.”
Clubs under the 1st Student Activity Division should send the application to Ms. Min-Hua Chan (minhua@ntu.edu.tw). Clubs under the 2nd Student Activity Division should send the application to Ms. Chiung-Ju Fang (fangchiungju@ntu.edu.tw).
4. The results of your application will be available three days after submission. Please check the respective web pages:

Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered as a waiver of use, and the assigned office/locker/storage space will be revoked and made available for other clubs through a lottery system at the beginning of the 2025 academic year. If you are unable to submit on time due to special circumstances, please email an explanation and proposed submission date to fangchiungju@ntu.edu.tw before the deadline.
6. The "Regulations for the Management of Designated Club Spaces at the Student Activity Center, Office of Student Affairs, National Taiwan University" were approved by the Student Guidance Committee of the university on December 30, 2024 (113th academic year, first semester).
