Notification for "Regular Rehearsal" Applications – 1st Semester, Academic Year 114

1.Applications for regular rehearsal slots for the 1st semester of the 114th academic year will be accepted from Monday, April 21 to Friday, May 2 at 5:00 PM. Please read this notice carefully along with the "Regulations for the Use of Regular Rehearsal Venues at the NTU Student Activity Center.
2."
In principle, existing rehearsal times from the 2nd semester of the 113th academic year will be maintained. However, all approved student clubs must still submit an application form to confirm their slot. Failure to do so will be considered as forfeiting the regular rehearsal application.
3.For new applications (music, dance, or martial arts clubs), a rehearsal proposal must be submitted along with the application form, clearly explaining the necessity of using a regular rehearsal venue. Applications without a proposal will not be accepted.
4.To support paperless processing, the "Regular Rehearsal Application Form" can be downloaded from the Student Activity Center’s document section. Applications should be submitted via email, either as an image or editable electronic file. The subject line should read:
"[Club Name] Application for Regular Rehearsal, 114-1 Semester"
and sent to Ms. Chiung-Ju Fang at fangchiungju@ntu.edu.tw.
Late submissions will not be processed. Preliminary results will be announced by Wednesday, May 7.
If scheduling conflicts occur, clubs may coordinate among themselves and prepare alternative options. The final outcome will be determined at the Regular Rehearsal Coordination Meeting.

5.The Regular Rehearsal Coordination Meeting will be held at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, May 14 in Room 605 of the 2nd Student Activity Center. All applying clubs must send a representative with the club seal, regardless of whether there is a conflict. Clubs unable to attend must submit a written explanation. Absence without valid reason will be treated as a forfeiture of the application. If space permits, clubs may apply for a second rehearsal slot after the coordination meeting (schedule to be announced at the meeting).
6.
If there are no conflicts, the final schedule will be announced by Thursday, May 22. Clubs should check their assigned venue and report any errors to the Student Activity Center office by Monday, May 26.
7.After the regular rehearsal results are announced, clubs must apply for a "General Activity" with the Extracurricular Activities Section and submit a copy of the approved form to the Student Activity Center by Friday, June 13, to confirm rehearsal times and remove unused slots (e.g., midterms, finals). Please complete the process promptly to avoid affecting other clubs' rights.
8.Please note that clubs failing to complete the procedures on time will have their regular rehearsals automatically canceled, and the slots will be released for other clubs to reserve. No objections will be entertained.
9.Starting from the 2nd semester of the 104th academic year, clubs that fail to complete venue and activity approval procedures for two consecutive semesters will lose eligibility to apply for regular rehearsals in the following semester.
