Announcement of Formal Results for Fixed Rehearsals in the Second Semester of the 112th Academic Year
After the announcement of the results for fixed rehearsal applications, clubs are required to apply for 'General Activities' directly to the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Team. Please submit a photocopy of the approved application form to the offices of the first and second activities center administration division for confirmation of the fixed rehearsal venue, and delete unused time slots (such as midterm exams, final exams, etc.). Please complete the above procedures as soon as possible to avoid affecting the borrowing rights of other clubs.
If the above procedures are not completed by 5:00 PM on January 3, 113th Year (Wednesday), the fixed rehearsal will be deleted directly, and the venue will be released for other clubs to borrow online. The related clubs shall not raise objections.
Starting from the first semester of the 104th academic year, clubs that fail to complete activities, venue approval, and other relevant procedures for two consecutive semesters will lose the qualification to apply for fixed rehearsals in the next semester.
