After the announcement of the regular rehearsal application results, clubs should directly apply for “General Activities” through the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Section. A photocopy of the approved and stamped application form must then be submitted to the Offices of Activity Center I or II to confirm the regular rehearsal venue and to cancel unused time slots (e.g., midterm exams, final exams, etc.). Please complete the above procedures as soon as possible to avoid affecting the rights of other clubs to reserve venues. If the procedures mentioned above are not completed by 5:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025, the regular rehearsal reservation will be cancelled, and the venue will be made available online for other clubs to reserve. No objections will be accepted from the affected clubs. Starting from the first semester of the 2015 academic year, clubs that fail to complete the activity and venue approval procedures for two consecutive semesters will be disqualified from applying for regular rehearsals in the following semester. Clubs with time changes or new applications are highlighted in yellow.
