Announcement of Preliminary Results for Fixed Rehearsals in the 113th Academic Year, First Semester
The preliminary results for fixed rehearsals in the first semester of the 113th academic year are as follows. In the event of any scheduling conflicts, clubs are encouraged to coordinate amongst themselves and prepare alternative plans.
All clubs are reminded to attend the Fixed Rehearsal Coordination Meeting scheduled for May 15th, 113 (Wednesday) at 12:30 PM in Room 605 of Building Two. Regardless of whether there are conflicts in venue bookings, representatives from all applying clubs must attend. Failure to attend without valid reasons will result in the cancellation of fixed rehearsal applications. Subject to venue availability, clubs may apply for a second time slot for fixed rehearsals following the coordination meeting (details to be announced during the meeting).
The clubs highlighted in yellow have either requested a change in rehearsal time slot or are new applicants.
